Due to the great climate change in winter, in addition to the low temperature, there always have the extreme weather such as snow, fog, strong wind and cooling etc. Therefore, mushroom farmers should be aware of extreme weather and try to create a comfortable and mild environment for the growth of edible fungi. Attention should be paid to the following aspects:
(1) Reinforce the mushroom shed to prevent losses caused by strong wind overturning the roof and heavy snow crushing the roof;
(2) There should be temperature rise measures. It is better to use a fire wall for heating. Try not to put the stove in the shed. Raise the temperature of the mushroom shed to prevent freezing damage, or even the mushroom buds from freezing to death;
(3) The vent can be blocked with wheat straw to prevent cold air from pouring into the shed; At the same time, pay attention to strengthen ventilation when the temperature is high at noon to prevent abnormal mushrooms caused by insufficient ventilation.
(4) It is better to hang several dry and wet thermometers in the mushroom shed to monitor the temperature and relative air humidity in the mushroom shed and maintain a normal range.
In cold winter, thermal insulation is the key
The main thermal insulation measures are as follows: the north wall of the mushroom shed should be as thick as possible or add thermal insulation materials in the middle to prevent the north wind; As far as possible, thick straw curtains or thermal insulation quilts shall be used for the greenhouse to keep warm at night.
Scientific ventilation is very important for the production of edible fungi in winter
In winter, it is better to ventilate in sunny and warm weather. The specific measures are as follows:
① Open the air vent at noon, provided that the temperature difference inside and outside the shed is not too large;
② When the outside temperature is above 5 ℃, the plastic film under the south side of the shed will be opened about 10 cm, and the ventilation effect is very obvious.
