But mushrooms can be said to be extremely difficult to preserve. Its roots are easy to rot and leaves are easy to soften. How should it be preserved to make it more and more delicious.
The first one: the method of soaking in salt water. This method is very simple. We first remove the mud or other debris from the roots of the fresh mushrooms, and then soak them in salt water for about fifteen to twenty minutes. Then take it out of the water to dry the water and put it into a clean bag. This method can be stored for about three to five days.
The second type: soak in clean water. Similar to the previous method, we first wash the fresh vegetables and put them in a clean container, and then pour in water to submerge the mushrooms. If the vegetable floats on it, you can hold it down with something.
However, this method is only used for short-term storage. Be careful not to use iron for storage to prevent fresh mushrooms from turning black.
If there are a lot of mushrooms, you can dry the food first, and then put it in non-iron utensils. Sprinkle a layer of salt on each layer of mushrooms. This method can be stored for more than a year.
The third type: For mushrooms, it is very easy to rot and deteriorate under very humid or very hot conditions, and then they cannot be eaten. First of all, we must keep the mushrooms dry, and they must be fully air-dried before storing, and it is enough to wait for the surface moisture to dry. If the moisture inside is dried, the mushrooms will lose their original flavor.
Fourth: Keep fresh vegetables in clean, non-breakable bags, and then store them in the refrigerator. But one thing to note is that the preserved mushrooms are very resistant to moisture, and the mushrooms placed in the refrigerator are very easy to get wet and become sticky. However, keeping the food in a hard bag that is not easy to break can solve the problem of deterioration of the food.
Why not use plastic bags to store mushrooms? That is because using plastic bags to store mushrooms will easily cause the moisture to escape, which will accelerate the decay of the vegetables and the growth of bacteria.
Fifth: If it is a wild mushroom, the easiest way to keep it fresh is to place it in the fresh-keeping layer of the refrigerator for better preservation. This can be stored for three to four days. Another way is to use boiling water. We blanch the mushrooms in hot water, then put them in cold water, and then take them out and let the water dry.
Put it in the refrigerator, and you can keep it in it for a week or a few months. In addition, it can be stored for about six months when the moisture reaches about 15%.
