Packed in food-grade blue plastic drums, each drum weighs 48kg net and 68kg gross. Through precise control of salinity (adjustable from 16%-22%) and pH (approximately 2.5), it achieves an ultra-long shelf life of 3 years. It can be stored stably without refrigeration, making it a high-value choice for restaurant chains, food processing plants, and exporters.
